The engines will in fact start up on the weekend of 19-21 April, when the first seasonal round of the single-brand series organized by the Sant’Agata Bolognese company will be staged on the ‘Enzo e Dino Ferrari’ circuit in Imola. For Mauro Guastamacchia’s team it will be the absolute debut in this championship, precisely on the occasion of the only Italian stage scheduled in the 2024 calendar.

At the starting line, Siziano’s team will field the Lamborghini Huracàn ST Evo 2 entrusted to the Saudi driver Karim Ojjeh and Guastamacchia himself, who on this occasion will also return to his role as driver as well as team manager. Both will share the cockpit of the racing car with over 600 hp, with the aim of aiming for the top levels of the AM ranking in a line-up that will see a total of over fifty cars at the start. For the driver and team principal of the Italian team, however, it will be the first contact in the race with this type of car, after the recent experiences in the TCR world which culminated with the conquest of the Italian Tourism Cup and the debut in the TCR Europe on the occasion of the stage held at the end of last season to Barcelona.

Mauro Guastamacchia (Driver and Team Principal Aggressive Team Italia): “Finally we are ready to start this new and fascinating challenge!
