Nuovo intenso fine settimana per la formazione di Mauro Guastamacchia che torna in azione nel penultimo round della serie tricolore. Levente Losonczy e Giovanni Scamardi cercano conferme per chiudere al meglio una stagione in crescita\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Aggressive Team Italia riprende la propria attivit\u00e0 in pista questo week-end sull\u2019Autodromo Vallelunga, tracciato situato alle porte di Roma che ospiter\u00e0 il quinto e penultimo atto stagionale del TCR Italy. La realt\u00e0 lombarda scalda i motori per un finale di stagione da protagonista e per l’occasione riproporr\u00e0 ai nastri di partenza le due Hyundai Elantra N TCR <\/strong>affidate come sempre all\u2019ungherese Levente Losonczy ed al belga Giovanni Scamardi<\/p>\n

La scuderia di Siziano punta a concludere al meglio un campionato disputato in costante escalation con entrambi i piloti, nell\u2019ambito di una stagione nel corso della quale non sono mancate le soddisfazioni ma anche le occasioni per trarre preziosi insegnamenti. I membri del team legato al marchio coreano hanno lavorato a fondo per prepararsi al meglio in vista della tappa laziale, evento attesissimo che preceder\u00e0 di qualche settimana l’epilogo del TCR Italy in quel di Imola.<\/p>\n

Il meticoloso programma di lavoro svolto a Monza tra il campionato nazionale ed il TCR Europe ha visto Aggressive Team Italia puntare costantemente alla parte alta della graduatoria assoluta. Il target \u00e8 quello di confermarsi anche nell’impegnativo circuito capitolino, in un fine settimana non semplice viste le tante vetture presenti e la necessit\u00e0 di ottimizzare il set-up delle vetture prima delle sessioni decisive.<\/p>\n

Da questo punto di vista, potr\u00e0 tornare sicuramente utile l’esperienza maturata nello scorso mese di Giugno, in occasione del TCR Italian Festival valido per il TCR World Tour. Aggressive Team Italia aveva risposto presente alla prestigiosa manifestazione, cogliendo due ottimi risultati grazie anche alla presenza del pilota bergamasco Kevin Ceccon.<\/p>\n

Con due round ancora da disputare per quanto riguarda il TCR Italy, il giovane Losonczy \u00e8 ancora pienamente in lotta per un piazzamento tra i migliori tre del trofeo Under 25. Il membro dell’Hungarian Motorsport Academy si \u00e8 distinto a Monza con due solide prove: il 20enne nativo di Gyor, ora seguito dal nuovo coach driver Gianni Morbidelli, \u00e8 atteso nuovamente nella Top10 della classifica assoluta dopo un fine settimana molto movimentato nel Tempio della Velocit\u00e0, caratterizzato da molteplici cambi della graduatoria nel post-gara. L’auspicio \u00e8 quello di chiudere al meglio il 2023, con la tappa di Vallelunga che pu\u00f2 rappresentare l’occasione giusta per provare ad affacciarsi anche in zona podio, come gi\u00e0 accaduto ad inizio anno a Imola.<\/p>\n

Losonczy ha gi\u00e0 avuto modo di familiarizzare lo scorso anno con il tracciato intitolato a Piero Taruffi, cogliendo un piazzamento in zona punti ed il podio riservato ai rookie. Giovanni Scamardi sar\u00e0 invece al proprio debutto assoluto sul circuito capitolino: il nono posto colto nella race-2 al Mugello e due solide rimonte a Monza sono risultati senza dubbio incoraggianti per il belga, il quale punta ad allungare la propria striscia di piazzamenti positivi anche in questo week-end. Il 29enne di origini siciliane sta crescendo ad ogni occasione, mettendo in mostra un apprendimento costante e dimostrando di essere un vero e proprio \u201cleone\u201d da gara.<\/p>\n

Mauro Guastamacchia (Team Principal Aggressive Team Italia): <\/strong><\/em>\u201cVallelunga rappresenta per noi l\u2019inizio di un trittico molto impegnativo, visto che nei prossimi tre week-end saremo impegnati continuamente tra TCR Italy e TCR Europe. Sar\u00e0 l\u2019occasione per rimanere assolutamente concentrati sul nostro lavoro, visto che vogliamo assolutamente chiudere questa stagione con dei risultati positivi. Levy ha gi\u00e0 maturato un\u2019importante esperienza su questo tracciato lo scorso anno e nei recenti test, mentre Giovanni dovr\u00e0 adattarsi rapidamente al clima da gara ma ha gi\u00e0 dimostrato di essere in grado di farlo nel corso della stagione. In ogni caso, puntiamo a fare in modo che i segnali positivi messi in mostra nel corso delle ultime uscite possano tradursi in risultati concreti in questo weekend\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Levente Losonczy<\/strong><\/em> (pilota Aggressive Team Italia): <\/strong><\/em>\u201cAbbiamo provato la scorsa settimana a Vallelunga ed i riscontri sono stati positivi. Puntiamo a confermarci nella parte alta della classifica: siamo consapevoli che la lotta sar\u00e0 tiratissima e dovremo vedercela con avversari molto forti, ma da parte nostra siamo consapevoli del potenziale. Si tratter\u00e0 di sfruttarlo al massimo e puntare a portare a casa il migliore risultato possibile!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Giovanni Scamardi (pilota Aggressive Team Italia): <\/strong><\/em>\u201cL\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 quello di continuare a crescere come fatto finora: saranno fondamentali le qualifiche, visto che partire pi\u00f9 avanti potrebbe davvero aiutarmi a cogliere dei risultati ancora migliori in gara. Non vedo l\u2019ora che il weekend abbia inizio: ci sar\u00e0 sicuramente tanto pubblico e l\u2019atmosfera sar\u00e0 fantastica!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Aggressive Team Italia inizier\u00e0 il week-end di Vallelunga nella giornata di Venerd\u00ec 13 Ottobre con le prove libere, in programma alle 10:30 ed alle 14:20. Successivamente l’attenzione si sposter\u00e0 sulle qualifiche, in programma l\u2019indomani mattina alle 8:30, e su gara-1, che scatter\u00e0 nel pomeriggio di Sabato 14 Ottobre alle ore 14:30. Il gran finale andr\u00e0 in scena Domenica 15, con la seconda gara che scatter\u00e0 alle 15:30. Entrambe le competizioni verranno trasmesse in diretta su ACI Sport TV (canale 228 Sky) ed in streaming sulle pagine YouTube e Facebook del TCR Italy, oltre che sulla piattaforma TCR TV.<\/p>\n

AGGRESSIVE TEAM ITALIA IN VALLELUNGA TO CONFIRM THEIR PROTAGONIST IN TCR ITALY<\/strong><\/p>\n

New intense weekend for Mauro Guastamacchia’s team who returns to action in the penultimate round of the Italian series. Levente Losonczy and Giovanni Scamardi are looking for confirmation to close a growing season in the best possible way<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aggressive Team Italia resumes its activity on the track this weekend on the Autodromo Vallelunga, a track located on the outskirts of Rome which will host the fifth and penultimate seasonal event of the TCR Italy. The Lombard company warms up its engines for a season finale as a protagonist and for the occasion will once again bring to the starting line the two Hyundai Elantra N TCRs entrusted as always to the Hungarian Levente Losonczy and the Belgian Giovanni Scamardi<\/p>\n

The Siziano team aims to conclude in the best possible way a championship contested in constant escalation with both drivers, in the context of a season during which there was no lack of satisfaction but also opportunities to draw valuable lessons. The members of the team linked to the Korean brand have worked hard to prepare as best as possible for the Lazio stage, a highly anticipated event which will precede the epilogue of the TCR Italy in Imola by a few weeks.<\/p>\n

The meticulous work program carried out in Monza between the national championship and the TCR Europe saw Aggressive Team Italia constantly aim for the top of the overall ranking. The target is to confirm itself also on the demanding Capitoline circuit, in a weekend that is not easy given the many cars present and the need to optimize the set-up of the cars before the decisive sessions.<\/p>\n

From this point of view, the experience gained last June, on the occasion of the TCR Italian Festival valid for the TCR World Tour, will certainly be useful. Aggressive Team Italia was present at the prestigious event, achieving two excellent results thanks also to the presence of the Bergamo driver Kevin Ceccon.<\/p>\n

With two rounds still to go as far as TCR Italy is concerned, the young Losonczy is still fully in the fight for a top three finish in the Under 25 trophy. The member of the Hungarian Motorsport Academy stood out in Monza with two solid performances: the 20-year-old native of Gyor, now followed by the new coach driver Gianni Morbidelli, is expected to be back in the Top10 of the overall ranking after a very eventful weekend in the Temple of Speed, characterized by multiple changes in the rankings post-race. The hope is to end 2023 in the best possible way, with the Vallelunga stage which could represent the right opportunity to try to also appear in the podium area, as already happened at the beginning of the year in Imola.<\/p>\n

Losonczy already had the opportunity to familiarize himself last year with the track named after Piero Taruffi, achieving a placing in the points and the podium reserved for rookies. Giovanni Scamardi will instead be making his absolute debut on the Capitoline circuit: the ninth place achieved in race-2 at Mugello and two solid comebacks in Monza are undoubtedly encouraging results for the Belgian, who aims to extend his streak of positive placings also in this weekend. The 29-year-old of Sicilian origins is growing at every opportunity, showing constant learning and proving that he is a true racing “lion”.<\/p>\n

Mauro Guastamacchia (Team Principal Aggressive Team Italia):<\/strong> \u201cVallelunga represents the beginning of a very challenging triptych for us, given that in the next three weekends we will be continuously busy between TCR Italy and TCR Europe. It will be an opportunity to remain absolutely focused on our work, given that we absolutely want to end this season with positive results. Levy has already gained important experience on this track last year and in recent tests, while Giovanni will have to adapt quickly to the racing climate but has already shown that he is capable of doing so over the course of the season. In any case, we aim to ensure that the positive signals shown during the latest outings can translate into concrete results this weekend.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Levente Losonczy (Aggressive Team Italia driver):<\/strong> \u201cWe tested last week in Vallelunga and the feedback was positive. We aim to confirm ourselves at the top of the rankings: we are aware that the fight will be very close and we will have to deal with very strong opponents, but for our part we are aware of the potential. It will be about making the most of it and aiming to bring home the best possible result!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Giovanni Scamardi (Aggressive Team Italia driver):<\/strong> \u201cThe goal is to continue to grow as I have done so far: qualifying will be fundamental, given that starting later could really help me achieve even better results in the race. I can’t wait for the weekend to start: there will definitely be a lot of people and the atmosphere will be fantastic!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Aggressive Team Italia will begin the Vallelunga weekend on Friday 13 October with free practice, scheduled for 10.30am and 2.20pm. Subsequently, attention will move to qualifying, scheduled for the next morning at 8.30 am, and to race 1, which will start on the afternoon of Saturday 14 October at 2.30 pm. The grand finale will take place on Sunday 15th, with the second race starting at 3.30pm.
